Hey everyone! My name is Michael, and this is my company, Reforged Health and Fitness. The goal is to help you live your happiest life in a healthy way. You won't be one of 1,000 clients getting an AI-generated plan, a trainer who simply counts their reps, or even a big box trainer who treats fitness as a job.

You'll be part of a limited group of people whom I consider my friends, you'll be getting a plan that we work on together, informed by your preferences, tempered by the input of a mental health professional, and crafted meticulously by me and you will be starting your fitness journey on a solid foundation.

Meet Your Trainer

If you've gotten this far, you likely have decided that it's time to improve your health or fitness. That makes me very excited. I'm Michael. I'm a trainer, trail runner, dog dad, nerd, and husband. When I walked my own health journey, I made just about every mistake in the book. Still, through hundreds of hours of study and research (and a few injuries), I found what works.

I'm here to help; it's what I enjoy doing. Whether you need a companion to walk with you all the way, a guide for the initial part of your journey, or a teacher who can make sure you're well-informed and ready to be self-sufficient, I am here.

I have left multiple boutique gyms because they took advantage of the hopes and dreams of their clientele. When you train with me you'll get honest, accurate information and someone who takes your health and well-being as his first priority.

At Reforged Health and Fitness the goal is to meet you where you are. Whether that is in our private studio, your local park, or even your living room, we want to make sure that you have everything you need in order to succeed.

FAQ

What are your qualifications for personal training?

I currently hold a certification from the American Council for Exercise, an associate's degree in exercise science, and by Dec. 2025 will have finished my Bachelor's in health and wellness.

What do you bring to a mobile session?

Unlike many other mobile trainers, I bring most of the equipment that you would need for your own home gym. You will have access to dumbbells, barbells, a squat rack, a weight bench, bands, and many other niche tools.

Why should I choose Reforged over more affordable group classes or big box gyms?

With many other trainers or classes, it can be hard to find a situation that is both effective and fun. The bar for becoming a personal trainer is low, and many trainers leave their education when they leave, while a great trainer learns for life. With Reforged, you'll be working 1 on 1 with someone who can set you out on the best path to success available. When our body dictates every day of our lives, it's important that we do our best to support it.

How many clients do you accept at a time?

When you truly invest in someone's life, it takes energy. I currently have the energy for around 30 sessions per week! This means clients' numbers fluctuate based on how many sessions are being booked.
